Contact Sign Art Etc. within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Send an email with pictures of the damaged product and the damaged shipping material along with your order number.

What is the cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are on a per-order basis. It is based on weight, distance and how quickly it needs to arrive to you. The sooner it needs to arrive, the higher the shipping costs.
Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

Does Sign Art Etc service international destinations?
Currently, Sign Art Etc ships to addresses in the United States, APO/FPO, and certain U.S. Territories.
What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?
We offer multiple shipping methods for packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Our Shipping Options & Rates page outlines our estimated shipping times and costs for the 50 United States only. However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times. Some locations may require higher shipping charges and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.
What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for delivery.
What if I need my order tomorrow?
We offer Same Day Turnaround – Place order before 9AM EST. Sign Art will send you a proof by email by noon that same day. Approve proof by 2PM EST and your shipment will go out by UPS that same afternoon. Our Customer Service Team hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST (Closed Saturday – Sunday).
