By approving any proof, I agree that I have checked and reviewed all proofs sent to me, agree that they are accurate and correct and by approving any proof by telephone, email or fax I am authorizing Sign Art Etc to produce the items that I have ordered.
Color
Sign Art Etc. will not be held responsible for color shifting between electronic proofs and physical prints, or customer provided files unless specific Pantone Colors were provided or requested, or unless physical samples were provided to Sign Art Etc. for comparison purposes.

Sign Art Etc takes great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control:

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors on the artwork.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to approving your artwork/proof to print.
Shipping/Delivery
Olive Branch Etc Inc DBA Sign Art Etc will not be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. Our responsibility does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Sign Art Etc’s control, including merchandise mishandled, weather delayed, mechanical failure in shipping, misdirected or lost by the shipping carrier (normally UPS). If we ship your item(s) on time using the correct shipping method, we consider our end of the agreement fulfilled.
