Please fill out the form below. Please include your order number. If you do not have an order number, you may still upload the file,
but do not add any text in the “order number” field. Thank you for using our service!
DO SEND:
Vector artwork – We accept a wide variety of formats, and recommend AI, PS, EPS, PDF or SVG for best results. Please ensure all text is converted to outlines to keep it from defaulting.
High-resolution images – Most raster image formats (JPEG, PNG, PS, PSB, TIFF, etc.) are acceptable, as long as the image is at least 72 PPI at the actual size you’d like it printed in inches (150 PPI or greater for best results). Do bear in mind if you’d like a colored background behind your logo, we will need a transparent logo file.
CMYK or Pantone color profiles – RGB images can be used, but they will be converted to CMYK, which may affect color accuracy. We recommend sending artwork in CMYK or matching the Pantone Solid Coated catalog for best results.
DO NOT SEND:
Microsoft Office documents – Word, Publisher, Excel and PowerPoint files are not suitable for printing at this scale. This goes for the equivalent Mac OS files such as .PAGES documents.
Phone/PC screenshots – Screenshots rarely produce an image high-res enough to work with at a large scale. Please save the relevant image and submit it instead.
Photographs of logos on print or on a screen – Photos of wanted artwork cannot be used due to lighting/color/contrast inaccuracies, as well as distortion in the case of photos of a screen.
Adobe InDesign documents – While a common format for printing, .INDD files are linked with many individual other images and fonts. We recommend exporting your project as a PDF before submitting.
Low-resolution images – Any images that are lower than our recommended PPI are liable to look pixelated or blurry when scaled up for print.
Submitting any of the aforementioned unwanted files will result in our graphic designers sending an email requesting higher quality artwork, which may delay the production of your order. Please consider our vectorization service if you only have access to low-resolution logos.
